Spring's Triumph - Copyright (C) 4/15/09 by Dan Sharpe.

Her breath frosts the Winter window pane,
as her boy wonder turns to go his way.
Her colored skies are turned to gray,
for our Sparrow's hope has flown away.

But cold, dark nights,
and unyielding ice,
shall not suffice,
to conquer Spring's eternal life.
