She hangs her head and cries,
her tear filled lullabyes.
As into sleep she slides,
He's right there, by her side.

A nail scarred hand rests,
upon her aching breast,
and peace flows to her heart,
as all her fears depart.

Her valiant race is run,
her rest, at last, has come.
She smiles and takes His hand,
they join the Wedding band.
